You could try a an HDMI to DVI cord coupled with a VGA to DVI adapter.
That way the HDMI on your card id connected to your DVI of the monitor, and the DVI of the card has an adapter on it and connect your VGA cable.

Yeah, VGA to DVI and DVI to HDMI are your best options to make this work. If you want to add any additional monitors I would suggest that you consider a USB to DVI, but since that costs more it’s not necessary for your 2-monitor setup.
